Rosa prepares all the food that she will sell at home, she prepares atole, cassava, fruits, tamales. She goes out to sell at the community. During the morning she sells the fruits and in the afternoon the typical dishes of El Salvador. Rosa has been living in the same house for about months, the house where they live it's owned by her sister in law in the mean time they get their own place to live. She will live with her 3 children and her husband Jose (he was not at home at the moment of the interview).
