Sandra was not at home during the visit because she was working at the textile company where she is employed. She was unable to take a day off as her shift typically runs from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Rafael works as a security guard far from home, often on 24-hour shifts. Originally from the Santa Cruz Community, he and Sandra have been together for 14 years. They live with their two children, Edenilson (10 years old) and Eliana (3 months old).
