She is a single mom of 2 children, at the moment, she lives at her brother's house, she only pays the bills of the house. For her, the house is of big help because she can't afford to build one.

Her main reason to ask for the house is that the place where they are living at the moment is small and there are more people living with them. Once they get their own place, they will have more room for them
