25 years…how many of us have prayed for something for 25 years? One family that we built a house for in El Salvador prayed for that house for 25 years. Watching their prayers being answered right before their eyes was incredibly powerful. There are so many meaningful stories of Salvadoran families who need a safe place to call home.
Through Shelter, we have the privilege of building teams to go down and be a part of these families' stories. We get to see first-hand
how God provides for their need! Not only do we build houses, but we build relationships: real, personal connections within our team, with the Shelter staff down in El Salvador, and with the families that we come alongside. You don’t need to have construction experience to do any of those things.
Our heart, as leaders, is for you to experience all that God is doing through Shelter in El Salvador. This trip is open to both men and women, ages 14 years of age* and up (*minors with an accompanying parent/guardian). We would love to have you join our team, whether physically or financially, as we need both forms of support to do this.
