Buenaventura and his wife have been together for over 2 years. He went through hard times during the civil war, he became an orphan by the age of 4, and because of this he had to spend most of his childhood in an orphanage to later incorporate in the society with the help of some family members. Three years ago he came to the community where he grew up, here he plans to grow a loroco garden, so that he can help develop his community.
Their current house is made out of wood and metal sheets that have deteriorated over the years. Elizabeth is worried for the safety of her children and her family because of the terrible condition of the house, and mostly because she is almost due with the baby.
