Nelson enjoys cleaning and fixing things around the house, always striving to keep everything in good condition. He leaves for work at 6:00 a.m. and returns at 1:00 p.m. The land where they live belongs to Maria's in-laws, who inherited it to all their children. Nelson, as part of this inheritance, received his share as well.
He mentions that the house has deteriorated over time, especially due to the rain, which has caused the roofing sheets and wooden beams to decay, making the house quite unsafe. They plan to build a new house on the same piece of land and are very excited about moving into their new home for the New Year.
